2. 2022-2-R - Proposed Appointment of Todd Cagnoni, City Administrator, as the Land Bank Trustee.

Alderman Prunty made a MOTION to APPROVE. Alderman Durkee SECONDED the MOTION. CARRIED 5-0.

III. COMMITTEE REPORTS

1. 2022-1-CR - 2022 Funding Agreement with Rockford Area Economic Development Council (RAEDC).

Alderman Hoffman made a MOTION to APPROVE. Alderman Durkee SECONDED the MOTION.

Alderman Meeks made an amendment for RAEDC to update City Council every 6 months.

Alderman Hoffman made a MOTION to APPROVE the AMENDMENT. Alderman Prunty SECONDED the MOTION. CARRIED 4-1.
