City of Rockford Traffic Commission met Oct. 12.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

III. TRAFFIC REQUESTS 

A. New Business 

1. Request in the 3rd Ward, by Rockford Housing Authority, to repeal the existing “2 Hour Parking” on the south side of Indian Terrace East/West to north one block. 

2. Request in the 3rd Ward, by the City Staff, to establish “2 Hour Parking” on the south side of Mound Avenue from North Main Street to Indian Terrace, thus repealing existing “2 Hour Parking” on the south side of Indian Terrace East/West to north one block. 

3. Request in the 1st Ward, by Robert Kammer, 6757 Clovernook Road, to establish one-way stop control at the intersection of Reid Farm Road and Clovernook Road. 

4. Request in the 1st Ward, by Robert Kammer, 6757 Clovernook Road, to establish one-way stop control at the intersection of Reid Farm Road and Academy Trail. 

5. Request in the 14th Ward, by City Staff, to establish “No Parking Any Time” on the north side of Javelin Drive from Easton Parkway to S. New Towne Drive, thus repealing existing “No Parking Any Time” on the north side of Javelin Drive from Easton Parkway to east end. 

6. Request in the 7th Ward, by Mason Eddy, 2921 Lawndale Avenue, to establish two-way stop control at the intersection of Lawndale Avenue and Grenshaw Street. 

7. Request in the 10th Ward, Frank Rondone, 644 Roxbury, to establish twoway stop control at the intersection of Roxbury Road and Regents Park Road, thus repealing the existing traffic control of Regents Park Road yielding for Roxbury Road.
