Winnebago Public Library District issued the following announcement on Sept. 8.
Toku-Kai International will be hosting a self defense class at the Winnebago Public Library in the community room. This class will be very informative and offer many skills to learn how to protect yourself. Registration is $10.00 per person. Registration can be made at the library desk or by calling (815)-335-7050.
