Winnebago Public Library District issued the following announcement on Oct. 6.
The Society of Children's Book Writer's & Illustrators will be giving a workshop at the Winnebago Public Library. Bring a story idea and a multi-colored package of sticky notes. We will lead using those sticky notes to plot your story using David Macinnis Gill's Plotcaster's Series.
