1. Motion to approve minutes from June 8, 2020

PUBLIC COMMENT Public Comment is encouraged. The Village Board will receive comments from the public, pursuant to State Statutes. Comments will be limited to five minutes on topics relating to the Village of Poplar Grove. Be further advised that matters brought up at this time may be referred to the appropriate committee or individual for further discussion or consideration.

2. Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Finance and Public Works Committee of the Whole of the Village of Poplar Grove will be held on Monday, July 13, 2020, at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers at 200 North Hill Street, Poplar Grove, Illinois. Notice is further given that a physical quorum may not be present, but a quorum will be reached by some or all Trustees attending via teleconferencing. For public viewing and public comments, please refer to the text box at the end of the agenda.

Public Comments may be submitted: - Until 4:15 pm before the meeting begins via email at clerk@villageofpoplargrove.com or by dropping a letter in the Water & Sewer drop box located next to the front door at Village Hall. These Public Comments will be read at the meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

7. Discussion and possible recommendation to the village board to approve check disbursement for accounts payable in the amount of $256,491.40, insurance expenses in the amount of $13,001.70 and electronic funds transfer system in the amount of $7,853.15 for a total of $277,346.34

8. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to grant 389 Stone Hollow Drive water payment relief.

9. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to authorize Village Treasurer to obtain quotes from financial institutions for financing of public works building and to move forward with grant applications.

10. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve Resolution 20- 19 a resolution to the Village of Poplar Grove resolving to formally accept the public infrastructure of Olson Woods Subdivision.

11. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve resolution 20- 20 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove resolving to procure professional engineering & architectural services for a new public works facility

12. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve Resolution 20- 21 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove authorizing the write off of old unpaid and water and sewer balances.
