APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

2. A Resolution calling a Public Hearing and convening a Joint Review Board in connection with approval of a Redevelopment Plan and Project Area for and the designation of the Central Manufacturing District Redevelopment Project Area.

3. A Resolution authorizing the City to enter into a Redevelopment Agreement with Pyzon, LLC relating to the property located at 5919 North Second Street.

LIST OF BILLS

GENERAL DISCUSSION/PUBLIC COMMENT

4. Anyone wishing to speak at the Finance Committee meeting shall contact the City Clerk's office by 4:00 p.m. the day of the scheduled meeting at 815-654-5030.
