A. Approval of Minutes from the January 6, 2025 meeting.

II. Resolutions & Ordinances

A) Resolution for Water Department Manager Midwest Well Services, INC. DBS: Municipal Well & Pump, to remove and investigate potential issues with the column piping and perform proactive Aquifer maintenance at well five for a cost of $49,620.00.

B) Resolution for Water Department Manager Midwest Well Services, INC. DBS: Municipal Well & Pump, to Perform emergency well rehabilitation at well four for the cost of $76,220.00

III. Project Updates/Directors Report:
