2. Items for consideration.
A. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement for information technology support services between Winnebago County and the City of Loves Park.
Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.
Motion Approved 4-0
B. A Resolution authorizing the City Treasurer to hire Lucas Group CPAs & Advisors, LLC to perform audit for fiscal year 2024.
Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

C. A Resolution authorizing the Police Chief to promote Officer Kaitlin Ort to the rank of Police Sergeant effective on April 8, 2025.

D. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to continue to spend funds at the same rate as 2024-2025.
