Q1 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 61038?

There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 61038, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Rockford Sun.

The data shows that the man was released in the Centralia zip code. The 38-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 5 years in prison for a financial crime or fraud in 2016 when he was 35 years old.
