The University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford (UICOMR) seeks applications for the full-time in-person position of Research Associate I in the Division of Health Research and Evaluation Department of Family and Community Medicine. This individual will assist with current and prospective HRE projects, including contracted evaluation services and research studies.
The position provides support for evaluation and research projects under the direction of faculty and academic professionals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social science or a related field
- Knowledge of fundamental research concepts, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Rockford is a progressive, diverse, mid-sized metropolitan area in northern Illinois, west of Chicago. The city has minor league baseball and hockey, numerous golf courses, an award-winning park system, three botanical gardens, an art museum, theaters, a walkable downtown, and a river walk. Public and several private school systems are available.
