City of Rockford residents will soon be receiving a mailing from the City’s selected electric aggregation supplier, Energy Harbor. The letter provides information on the agreement the City has negotiated on behalf of residents, including pricing, terms and conditions, and instructions on opting out of the program if desired. Residents and small business owners are automatically enrolled in the City’s aggregation program and will receive the aggregation rate unless proactively opting out.
